What we collect, and why
When you send the quote form we receive your name, email, phone number, property address, the service you are asking about, how you heard about us, and anything you write in the message box. We use it to reply, to quote the job, and to know which of our efforts bring in work. If you call us, we take the same details down by hand. We do not record calls.
Who handles it
The quote form is delivered by Formspree (formspree.io), which forwards each submission to our business email and keeps a copy on its servers. The map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps. We use Google Analytics to count visits to the site and to see which pages lead to a call or a quote request. It sets cookies in your browser and tells us which pages were viewed, what kind of device was used and roughly which town the visit came from. It does not tell us who you are, and we never send it your name, email, phone number or address. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Photos of our work
Every job gets before and after photos, which we share with the customer in the report. We sometimes show job photos on this site and on social media. We keep house numbers, license plates and faces out of them, and we do not name a residential customer without asking. If you would rather a photo of your property not appear, tell us and it comes down.
Your choices
