A maintenance plan is not an HVAC membership
Heating and cooling companies sell memberships that get you a tune-up on the furnace and the AC, and maybe a discount on parts. Useful, just not what this is. The Quarterly Maintenance Plan covers what those memberships leave out. That's the siding, the gutters and downspouts, the dryer vent and the windows. Inside, we change the smoke and CO alarm batteries and clean the exhaust vents. The water heater gets flushed, and we work through the handyman list you never get around to. Four visits a year, each one with a seasonal checklist. You get time-stamped before and after photos, and one invoice.
