I needed some damaged trim replaced and I just can't do the jobs I use to do. I called Sterling Maintenance and was able to speak directly with Nick who owns the company. Nick came right over and gave me an estimate and completed the job in just one visit. I was quite impressed with the work ethic and high quality workmanship. I am thoroughly pleased with the results and while Nick was here he informed me of some quarterly maintenance programs Sterling offers to keep the home efficient and fresh. Great value at fair price.
